ServiceBip™, how does it work?
By simply pressing a button customers can call a waiter. No need to wait several minutes for bread or salt.
ServiceScreen™ display will improve your teamwork. Several persons will be able to see all the calls and the waiter will, for example, send an alert to the restaurant cash desk, using € button to ask for the bill. Therefore, the bill may be ready even before the waiter arrives at the cash desk.
Thanks to a watch-receiver, waiters and restaurant managers will communicate faster to be more effective. The kitchen can notify the availability for any type of food (hot or cold) in real time and avoid the risk to get dissatisfied customers when the food arrives cold. The system receives requests from both clients and colleagues on a single device.
